Bad Free hosting - 000webhost.com
We used to recommend this free hosting, they seem to have simple and easy to navigate system. And for a while everything went well (this site used to be hosted there).
Then we needed to re-create database and their MyPHPAdmin they provided has generated slow queries - they canceled our account (for using slow queries) - when we were trying to explain what has happened, they just kept closing the support tickets without a word of response. Very rude and arrogant attitude. There is also no escallation procedure for complaints, and no address of the company. (We know however, that they are based in Litviuania, former Soviet republic) Granted, we were free customer, but it is very bad customer treatment anyway.
Stay away from this company if you want reliable hosting.
